Our part production has grown with our engineering business. We produce high quality parts for our machines and devices in a very flexible way.

Our know how and our machines are at your disposal. We produce single parts and small batch series for you with sizes up to 2,000 mm and with a maximum weigth of 3 tons.

Depending on your requirements we have 3 or 5 axis CNC machining centers available.
We are using Autodesk´s latest CAM software package Inventor Ultimate.

• Deckel FP3 3 axis CNC milling machine
• Kern CD 480x1500 CNC turning lathe (max. Ø 475 mm over bed, max. Ø 260 mm over support , max. length 1500 mm)
• various manual machines (mill/ lathe/ power drill/ saw/ ...)
